Description

The aluminum alloy parts have pre-drilled holes. The customer needs to drill corresponding holes on the carbon fiber tube themselves.
When installing the screws, apply (Loctite) 242 threadlocker adhesive to the threads to prevent them from loosening during flight.
When mounting the aluminum parts, you can use rivets or 9940 AB epoxy adhesive to secure them to the carbon fiber tube.
During tightening, evenly tighten the screws in a criss-cross or sequential pattern to prevent stripping the threads.
After installation, there will be a gap between the two aluminum parts. (This is normal/expected.)
